Starting on Sunday June 29th, we will spend a few minutes everyday doing progressively more and more. The idea is to compare day 1 to day 30 and see how much stronger, better, happier you've become in 1-months time.
Duration: 30 days
Date: June 29th - July 28th
Difficulty: Beginner
Commitment: Daily
• Your goal is to commit to an entire year of consistent exercise in 2025.
• You wish to become physically stronger in your legs.
• As a women, you wish to grow your gluts and firm your butt.
• As a man, you wish to produce and release the benefits of more testosterone.
• You need to warm-up to your forthcoming workout regimen and want to prevent injury.
• Bodyweight Squats
• Squat Holds
• Split Squats
• Jump Squats
• Over the course of 30 days we will progressively increase the repetitions of each workout until by the end your are monumentally stronger and can do almost 10x the amount of what you started.
Evaluate and adapt. Learn how to track your progress and listen to your body's cues --- adjust what, when, and how much you workout.
You may complete the workout anytime during that day. I prefer you do it 1st thing in the morning after waking up, usually when you're the strongest, so you can feel vibrant and refreshed for the rest of the day.
You may exceed the amount of weight, repetitions or sets prescribed in the daily task, but you cannot do less. Take a break if needed, but ensure you complete the amount of weight, reps and sets indicated.
Log your daily completion in our Accountability App to let us know you're on track. Videos get more points than Photos, so record and upload a video of yourself executing the task if you can.
